I am a qualified counsellor offering short and long term therapy to individuals and young adults (14+). I’m committed to supporting you through difficult periods, helping you find ways of making the right choices and live life authentically. My work is informed by humanistic and existential theories, which essentially means we will focus together on what’s happening in the present moment, acknowledging the impact past events may be having on your life and explore ways of being which are more in tune with what you need. Sometimes simply being in relation with another person, where there is compassion and warmth, is enough to bring  about change, at other times it will take interventions, challenges and more introspective work to generate growth and development.
